1. Cancellation Policy

  • If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return (see below).

Refunds are available for orders that meet the criteria outlined below:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Refund:

Please Note: It may take up to 1 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Returns

If you wish to return an item, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item should be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
